Power and range

It adopts lithium battery as power source, which has higher energy density and better charging and discharging performance than traditional battery. The battery voltage is 80V, nominal capacity is 300AH, and it can work continuously for 6-8 hours under full charge, which is enough to support a whole day of high-intensity operation. The charging voltage supports 220V or 110V, which is suitable for different power environment and greatly improves the convenience of use. The power of the drive motor is 5kw and the power of the hoist motor is 4kw, both of which adopt the advanced MOSFET/AC control mode to ensure smooth and efficient power output, which can easily cope with climbing slopes with a full load of goods or frequent starting and stopping in narrow passages, and provide stable power support for diversified working conditions.

Load and Lift

With a rated load of 2000kg and a load center distance of 500mm, it can reliably carry all kinds of heavy goods. The forks are forged, with dimensions of 401001220mm, which are sturdy and durable, and the fork spacing can be flexibly adjusted from 100 to 1040mm, easily adapting to different specifications of cargo pallets. The gantry is made of forklift 120 special steel, with a retracted height of 2080mm, a maximum lifting height of 4500mm, and a lifting speed of 180mm/s when fully loaded and 200mm/s when unloaded, and the speed can be adjusted according to the needs. In addition, the forklift is equipped with additional functions such as side shifter and free lift cylinder mast, which can greatly improve the efficiency and flexibility of operation in narrow spaces or scenarios where precise positioning of cargo is required.

Control and Safety

The forklift adopts a seated operation mode, which is ergonomically designed to minimize fatigue during long hours of operation. With a wheelbase of 1700mm, a turning radius of 2300mm, and a speed-adjustable traveling system (9km/h fully loaded, 10km/h unloaded), the forklift trucks are able to steer flexibly and shuttle freely in narrow aisles of warehouses or crowded workshops. Compact size, body length (excluding fork length) 2550mm, width 1120mm, adapt to a variety of limited space operations. The tires are solid, 23.9/10 in front and 18.7/8 in rear, combined with 900mm front wheelbase and 810mm rear wheelbase, and 100mm ground clearance under the mast, which ensures stable driving and is not easy to be affected by the obstacles on the ground. The maximum climbing degree is 15° with full load and 20° without load, which can be adapted to the operation in the field with certain gradient. The braking system composed of hydraulic traveling brake and mechanical parking brake, with sensitive response and reliable braking, protects the operation safety. The mast is equipped with 5/10° forward/backward tilt function, which is convenient for adjusting the angle when loading/unloading goods and further improves the operation safety.
