Travel and lift motors: Equipped with A10kW AC travel motor and A10kW AC lift motor, the power output is strong and stable. The travel motor ensures that the forklift can maintain a smooth traveling speed even when fully loaded with 3500kg, and can easily travel through warehouses, factories and other workplaces. The lifting motor gives the forklift a strong lifting capacity, which can lift heavy loads to the required height quickly and accurately, greatly improving operational efficiency.

Battery system: It consists of 10 groups of lead-acid batteries, with a capacity of 280ah, output voltage of 60v, and charging voltage of 220v. It can work continuously for 7-8 hours under fully charged condition, which can satisfy the needs of long-time and high-intensity operation. The unique six-stage intelligent full self-stop function not only shortens the charging time to 5-6 hours, but also effectively protects the battery, prolongs the service life of the battery and reduces the cost of use.

Rugged Structure

Drive axle and steering rear axle: The drive axle adopts an integral cast steel axle (weighted type), which has excellent bearing capacity and anti-fatigue performance, and can withstand the huge pressure of the forklift when it is fully loaded as well as all kinds of impacts during traveling, ensuring the drive system to be stable and reliable. The steering rear axle is a fastened double steel plate structure with hydraulic power (microcomputer control) steering mode, which makes the steering precise and flexible, and it can easily turn even in narrow passages, and it supports the operation of lifting the goods while walking, which significantly improves the convenience and efficiency of the operation.

Forklift door frame: The forklift door frame adopts double-cylinder design and is made of special forklift-type steel, which makes the structure sturdy and durable. This design can effectively support the lifting system, ensure the stability and safety of the goods in the lifting process, and maintain a good working condition even in the case of frequent lifting of heavy loads.

Tire Configuration: 700 - 12 (widened) A-grade solid tires are used for the front wheels, and 18X 7.8 (widened) solid tires are used for the rear wheels. The wider tire design increases the contact area with the ground, improves the driving stability and carrying capacity of the forklift, and at the same time enhances the abrasion resistance of the tires, adapting to different working environments, whether it is a rough factory floor or smooth warehouse floor, it can be easily dealt with.

Efficient Load Capacity

Rated Load and Forks: The forklift is rated to carry 3500kg, overloading is strictly prohibited to ensure safe operation. The forks are made of one-shot wear-resistant forging technology, with a length of 1.07m (can be selected according to the actual demand) and dimensions of 401221070mm, which has a strong and durable loading capacity. Fork spacing can be flexibly adjusted within a certain range, which can be adapted to various specifications of cargo pallets to meet diversified handling needs.

Lifting height and speed: the maximum lifting height can be up to 6m, and can be customized according to customer needs to meet the requirements of different warehouse racking height. The lifting speed is considerable when fully loaded and even faster when unloaded, which can quickly lift the goods to the target height and improve the handling efficiency. The lifting speed can be adjusted according to the actual operation situation to realize precise operation.

Flexible control experience

Steering and traveling: The hydraulic power (microcomputer control) steering mode makes the forklift easy and convenient to steer, and the steering angle is precise and controllable. Traveling speed can be adjusted, whether it is fast driving in the open space or slow moving in the narrow space, it can be flexibly dealt with. Reasonable turning radius design, combined with compact body size (2.8m * 1.2m * 2.15m, excluding fork length), can also be freely shuttled in the limited operating space to improve space utilization.

Operation interface: The design of the operation interface is simple and clear, in line with the principle of ergonomics. All kinds of operation buttons are reasonably laid out and easy to be operated by the driver. The instrument panel can display the operating status of the forklift in real time, such as power, load, traveling speed, lifting height and other information, which is convenient for the driver to grasp the working condition of the forklift at any time and make accurate operation judgment.
