Drive motor: Equipped with a 2.2kW drive motor with strong power, it provides reliable guarantee for the smooth operation of the stacker. Whether the stacker is fully loaded with 1500kg or 2000kg of cargo, or unloaded, it can travel at a stable speed to ensure efficient operation. Under different working conditions, the output power of the motor can be intelligently adjusted to meet various operational requirements, which not only ensures sufficient power but also effectively reduces energy consumption.
Lifting motor: The 3.0kW lifting motor is responsible for the lifting operation of the cargo, with strong lifting capacity. It can easily lift goods to different heights to meet diversified storage needs. Its lifting speed is 0.10m/s when fully loaded and 0.12m/s when unloaded, the fast and stable lifting process greatly improves the material handling efficiency. At the same time, the precise control of the motor ensures the smoothness of the lifting process and avoids the shaking and collision of the goods.
Battery system: 48V/85Ah (or 24V/210Ah) battery is adopted, with large battery capacity and excellent endurance. It can support long-time continuous operation of the stacker crane, reduce the charging frequency and improve the working efficiency. The battery weighs 100kg (for 48V/85Ah) or 210kg (for 24V/210Ah) and has dimensions of 790x208x610mm, with a compact and rational design for easy installation and maintenance. The battery has good charging performance and can be fully charged in a short time to meet the needs of emergency operations.
