1.Hydraulic pilot

The HT20 mini excavator is equipped with a hydraulic pilot to realize more delicate and precise movement adjustment. For example, when carrying out some delicate excavation work, such as landscape modeling, indoor demolition, etc., which requires precise control of the digging depth, angle, and unloading position, the hydraulic pilot operation can control the movement amplitude in a very small range, so as to make the operation more flexible and meet the requirements of the delicate construction better.

2.Reserve access ports

It can be opened directly without a spanner, so that the battery can be charged orreplaced in time to check the hydraulic system inside when it runs out of power.

3.Add drain line

The travel motor of Hightop 2000kg excavator is equipped with an unloading oil pipe for easy inspection and maintenance. When troubleshooting and repairing the traveling motor and slewing motor, the unloading pipe facilitates technicians to discharge or replenish the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system, which makes it easy to open the corresponding parts for internal inspection, for example, to check the wear and tear of the gears, spools, and other key parts of the motor, and also facilitates the accurate addition of the hydraulic oil and debugging of the motor after the subsequent reassembly, thus enhancing the efficiency and quality of the repair work.

4.Boom Swing

When carrying out some fine work, such as garden shape trimming and small earth adjustments in landscape construction, the boom side swing function can precisely control the digging position and angle, realizing more accurate digging action and meeting the requirements of fine construction.

After the oil pipe is hidden and installed, the probability of the oil pipe being directly hit and scraped by external objects is greatly reduced, which can effectively protect the integrity of the oil pipe, reduce the occurrence of hydraulic oil leakage and other failures due to oil pipe breakage, and ensure the normal operation of the excavator hydraulic system.
