Power and Endurance

Adopting lead-acid battery as the power source, the battery voltage is 60V and the nominal capacity is 210AH, which can support the forklift truck to work continuously for 6-8 hours, meeting the demand of high-intensity operation in regular working days. The charging voltage is flexible, suitable for 220V or 110V power supply, convenient for charging in different places. The power of drive and hoist motor is 5.5kw, and the control mode adopts advanced MOSFET/AC, which ensures the power output is stable and efficient, and can easily cope with both full-load and no-load operation.

Load capacity

With a rated load capacity of 2500kg and a load center distance of 500mm, the rugged forged forged forks measure 401221070mm for high load capacity and durability. Fork spacing can be adjusted from 100 - 1040mm to suit a wide range of pallet sizes. The gantry is made of forklift 120 special steel, with a maximum lifting height of 3000mm, and a lifting speed of 180mm/s when fully loaded and 200mm/s when unloaded, which can efficiently complete the cargo lifting and handling tasks.

Maneuvering performance

The forklift is designed for seated operation, which is convenient for the driver to work for a long time. With a wheelbase of 1800mm and a turning radius of 2370mm, the forklift can turn flexibly in narrow spaces. Traveling speed is 9km/h fully loaded, 10km/h unloaded, speed can be adjusted. The maximum climbing degree is 15° with full load and 20° without load, which can adapt to the site with a certain degree of slope. The tires are solid, 650-10 front wheels, 500-8 rear wheels, to ensure driving stability and wear resistance. Hydraulic power steering, precise steering, easy operation.

Safe design

Mast retraction height is 2200mm, which can effectively reduce the center of gravity and improve the stability of the vehicle when it is fully loaded. The ground clearance under the mast is 110mm, which can prevent the chassis of the forklift truck from scraping the obstacles on the ground. The front and rear tires have reasonable specifications, and the wheelbase is 895mm (front) and 810mm (rear) respectively, which enhances the smoothness of driving. The braking system is reliable, adopting hydraulic traveling brake and mechanical parking brake to ensure quick braking in case of emergency. The forklift is also equipped with 5/10° mast tilt forward/backward function, which is easy to adjust the angle when loading/unloading and placing cargoes to ensure the safety of operation. The overall dimensions of the truck (excluding fork length) is 2720*1200mm, the overall design is compact, suitable for common working space, is a reliable partner for material handling.
